Breanna Maxine (b. 1995, Nevada) is an artist currently exploring memory, archives, the sensory experience, and the nuances of understanding what's in front of you. 

She earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno, then moved to New York City, where she worked as a photo editor for publications including Dwell, The New Yorker, and The Wall Street Journal. She also served as a curatorial fellow at The Walther Collection and as a library and archive work scholar at the Aperture Foundation.

She is currently working as a freelance photographer, photo editor and researcher while traveling full-time and pursuing her M.F.A. in Image Text at Cornell University.
